At Jim Morris Tees, we want you to love your new gear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid USPS shipping label to print and attach to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Place the unwashed and unworn t-shirts in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized USPS location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
